Chilko Lake is approximately 80kms long, very remote and quite difficult to get the 'Spirit Dancer' canoe
into the area. Chilko Lake is a very serious lake to canoe on and one can expect long delays on shore as
winds that pickup in the afternoon can sometimes reach storm force with very large seas.
